12th International Conference on Fluvial Hydraulics: River Flow 2024

Organized since 2002 under the auspices of the Fluvial Hydraulics Committee of the IAHR, the River Flow Conference Series has become one of the main international forum for dissemination of research and industrial practice on fluvial hydraulics and river engineering. The current edition of the conference was hosted by the Liverpool John Moores University, UK from 2-6 September 2024. Experimental research conducted within the RISED Laboratory, titled „Detached groynes impact on macroplastic transport“, was presented by our colleague L. Przyborowski. The paper addressed the macroplastics transport capacity of regulated river.
